We oversee the design, permits, construction, materials and interiors, while coordinating the selection of contractors, artisans and suppliers through our trusted local network. We can also manage the coordination of orders, deliveries and installations, ensuring that every element comes together as planned.
AQH oversees the entire project and keeps you regularly updated on decisions, costs and progress, so you can follow the transformation of your Italian home wherever you are.
Contractors, professionals and suppliers are paid directly by you. This allows our role to remain independent and transparent, with our focus entirely on coordinating the project and representing your interests locally.
AQH Fee: 20% of the total value of the coordinated project.
