How do payments work?
Payments are staged and linked to progress.
You pay either Santoro Rent Srl (Turnkey) or the artisans directly (Coordination).

How do you control budget changes?
We define scope and budget upfront.
Any change is quoted and approved by you before work proceeds.

How often do I receive updates?
Depending on the progress, with photos and a short report.
You’ll also be notified when decisions are needed.

Do you work with old or historic properties?
Yes. We work frequently on historic homes.
We prioritize compatible materials and respectful, durable solutions.

What are typical timelines?
